We want you to fall in love with your Callyah pieces. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets our return conditions below.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return has been approved, we must receive your parcel within 14 days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

Callyah does not cover the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postage service so you can track your parcel, as Callyah is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

If an item has been incorrectly supplied or there is an error on our part, please contact us before returning the item and we will assist you with the return.

EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Items purchased on sale, promotional items and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

These exclusions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Approved change-of-mind returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

Where an item is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit works in the same way as a gift card. Your credit note will be sent to the email address used to complete your original purchase.

Your unique credit note number can be used online or in store. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

For online purchases, enter your credit note number in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ section at checkout.
